Well this DAIRY FREE thing certainly has a few benefits!!! Good skin, better mood, more energy AND I fit back into my wedding dress!! Wowee, never thought that would ever happen!!

Ten years younger I tell you!! Well at least 6!!!

My husband brought me home flowers and I felt I needed a dress to suit them inspiring me to try it on again!!!!

Most of you may not have realised the battle I've had with my skin - eczema especially the last 5 years, but after trying dairy free (cos H had tummy aches) it has almost gone, and now with Syl's info am determined to sort out the other 10 percent which I think will be Amine and Salicylate sensitivity! Stuff I'd never heard about and have learnt a lot the last month. Good on you Syl for persevering with R to give me a hope and inspiration!!

especially those related to me with issues!!! It is often familial. However you have to want it, it has to matter enough to do it as it is a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but oh so worth it!!!!
